While looking for better pancake recipes I stumbled upon a few great crepe recipes and got infatuated with having French styled crepes that night. Of course it was too late to start making them but the next day, armed with a new de Buyer crepe pan, fresh eggs, amaretto liqueur, I set off to make these wonderful french creations!
